MAG was established in the year 1991 with the "Team of smart and talented young futuristic Engineers" for design, development and creation of textile testing instruments. MAG now has grown into a full-fledged organization with its own R&D facilities at par with the best in this field having workspace of 7800 square meters.

MAG's butterfly now spreads its wings with flying colours to cover the entire spectrum of testing instruments, having over 7000 installations worldwide right from fibre to garments sector.
